By default, all prices on the website are shown including VAT unless otherwise stated.
The customer will be notified if any items are not in stock or cannot be despatched within a reasonable amount of time.

If for whatever reason, your package does not arrive when expected, please inform us immediately so we can start a dialogue with the courier to rectify the issue.
All orders over £500 including VAT qualify for free delivery otherwise we charge depending on what has been ordered. Small Packages are sent out at £6.95 excluding VAT, boxes are sent out at £9.95 excluding VAT and heavy items are sent out at £19.95 excluding VAT. The basket total will be adjusted automatically.
If for whatever reason you should need to return any goods, you can find the returns form in the my account section of the website. Once authorised, you will need to return the goods back to the address we specify at your own expense. We recommend using a service that is tracked and insured as we cannot be held liable for any returns that go missing or get damaged. Items need to be arrive to us without damage or marks and in the original packaging. Products must not have been used, partially or fully installed.
All returns accepted up to 14 days of receipt of goods unless products have been specially modified for a customers needs.
On delivery, all goods should be inspected to make sure you have received the correct items according to your order, and to check for any damages. Goods should be opened in such a way to preserve the original packaging, in case there is a need to return the item.
Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, Missing or damaged items cannot be claimed for after 14 days of receipt of goods. Do not attempt installation of an item with damaged or missing parts. Items that have been used, installed partially or fully or made-to-order will not be accepted as damaged items.
You may be required to supply photographs of damaged items, so that we can assist with replacing the goods.
If your item is faulty, please get in touch for help. There may be steps that the manufacturer outlines that have to be followed before a faulty item can be returned or replaced. Once we have the item back, it will be tested by us and/or the manufacturer to confirm the fault.
